Coconut manna, also known as Coconut butter is made by simply grinding shredded coconut. We made our own unique coconut manna by grinding organic shredded coconut along with our Copuazu (Theobroma grandiflorum) beans, a bit of coconut sugar and a touch of vanilla. This creamy, rich butterscotch-esq spread is delicious on anything it touches!
