Ceremonial Cacao - Cacao Blanco - Mexico

Enjoy the unique flavors and textures of this extremely rare Heirloom "White Ciollo Cacao Bean" variety grown naturally on the diversified "Finca Frida" in Soconusco, Chiapas, Mexico. We source these beans through our friends at Revival Cacao in Mexico.

1. Chop it up! - approx. 1 oz per person
2. Put it in a mug or pitcher - add other dry ingredients now like cinnamon, chillies, mushroom powders etc.
3. Add a bit of hot water, tea, or mylk - approx 1-2 fluid oz
4. Mix it up! - Use a "molinillo", whisk, electric frother etc
5. Add the rest of the liquid - However much or little you want typically between 6-10 oz per 1 oz of cacao
6. Sweeten to taste - add sweetener or liquid ingredients like Vanilla
7. Mix it up again, give thanks and enjoy with a smile :)
