Feel free to eat it as is...but it's even better mixed with some water and made into a delicious, silky, spiced drink.

Our Copuazu beans are grown by Bernarndo Huanca and his small association of farmers in the jungles of "Madre de Dios" in Southern Peru
- Chop it up! - 1 medallion = 1 serving
- Put it in a mug or pitcher
- Add a bit of hot water, tea, or mylk - approx 1-2 fluid oz
- Mix it up! - Use a "molinillo", whisk, electric frother etc
- Add the rest of the liquid - However much or little you want typically between 6-10 oz total per medallion
- Mix it up again, give thanks and enjoy with a smile :)
