This ready-to-go medallion of pure Copuazu beans from southern Peru combined with Cinnamon, Vanilla, and Orange Peel and a touch of Coconut Sugar for sweetness.

 

Feel free to eat it as is...but it's even better mixed with some water and made into a delicious, silky, spiced drink.

  • Our Copuazu beans are grown by Bernarndo Huanca and his small association of farmers in the jungles of "Madre de Dios" in Southern Peru

    1. Chop it up! - 1 medallion = 1 serving
    2. Put it in a mug or pitcher
    3. Add a bit of hot water, tea, or mylk - approx 1-2 fluid oz
    4. Mix it up! - Use a "molinillo", whisk, electric frother etc
    5. Add the rest of the liquid - However much or little you want typically between 6-10 oz total per medallion
    6. Mix it up again, give thanks and enjoy with a smile :)
